How to Earn and Redeem |

Members with minimum spending of 25,000 baht will earn one reward point for every 250 baht spent.

The collection points can be redeemed for cash voucher for the next event including catering services, meetings, IMPACT restaurants, car parking, services and equipment and etc. |

Terms and Conditions |

1. This privilege is applicable for customers who sign the contract with IMPACT directly. |
| |
|
| |
2. IMPACT Exhibition Management Co.,Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw this offer without advance notice. |
| |

| |
3. This privilege is for customers who pay the standard rate. The reward card cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts or special rates. |

| |
4. The points can be redeemed for IMPACT services and equipment. |
| |
|
| |
5. The point can be redeemed for future events only. |
| |
|
| |
6. Customer will receive voucher valued at 100, 500, 1,000 and 5,000 points after the event has done and IMPACT Exhibition Management Co.,Ltd. has received all payment from customer. |

7. Minimum and Maximum usage on point redemption are:

Minimum = 100 points/ time |
| |

| |
Maximum = 50,000 points/ event |
|
| |

| |
8. To use voucher for any IMPACT services or equipment, please kindly inform IMPACT at least 7 days in advance. |

| |
9. The points cannot be redeemed for compensation for any loss or damange that occurs during event at IMPACT. |
| |

| |
10. The points will be calculated based on total expenditure of space services and food and beverage services only. |
| |
|
| |
11. The expiration date for each earning point is 2 years from issued date. |
