There are 30 attractively furnished meeting rooms at IMPACT Forum. Each is perfect for conference breakout sessions, breakfast briefings, luncheons, dinners and organizers’ functions. They provide a variety of options for conference activities for 10-1,500 seats in meeting style and 30-1,100 seats for banquet.
This includes a 2,000-square-meter open area on the second floor and a 1,700-square-meter open area on the first floor prefect for delegate-related functions such as registrations, coffee breaks, poster and video sessions, table top displays, etc.
