Featured menu items include Deep Fried Tofu and Seafood with X.O. Sauce, a great mixture of tofu and seafood ingredients in X.O. sauce, Stir-fried Beef Tenderloin and Enoki Mushroom with Black Pepper Sauce, fine selective beef tenderloin cooked with black pepper for a peppery taste, Braised Sliced Garoupa with Tofu, a must try for fish lovers and the health conscious alike, Braised Pork Knuckle with Black Pepper Sauce, Stewed Salted Fish, Chicken and Tofu, Sichuan Spicy Chicken, “Sichuan” Style Sautéed Eggplant with Minced Pork, and Chinese Spinach Soup with Preserved Egg & Salted Duck Egg, all served in a casserole.
