Hong Kong chef at Hong Kong Fisherman, Chef Chan Yiu Lam, recommended new special menus made with super premium Canadian lobsters including Live Canadian Lobster with Singapore style black pepper sauce, big chunk of lobster with succulent flavor of black pepper sauce and Live Canadian Lobster with Singapore style chili sauce, rich flavor of chili sauce accompanied with juicy lobster. The two menus are served with fried Chinese buns. The lobsters here come straight from the tank, so they are as fresh as it gets.
