Ito-Kacho introduces new special menus featuring selected beef tongue and premium salmon
Ito-Kacho, a fine yakiniku dining restaurant serving premium Wagyu beef imported from Japan, introduces a new special menu lineup featuring premium quality gyu tongue (beef tongue) and salmon. The new scrumptious menus created exclusively by Japanese chef include Gyu Tongue Korikori Age: crispy batter-fried beef tongue which is a great pairing for cold drinks, Gyu Tongue Chanja Cream Cheese: stir-fried beef tongue with special sauce recipe served with cream cheese to make it more flavorful, Gyu Tongue Nikomi: tender simmered beef tongue served with potato, radish, and carrot in chef's special sauce, and Gyu Tongue Tataki: roasted beef tongue Tataki served with full-flavored sauce. Other must-try menu items that you don’t want to miss are Gyu Tongue Gyoza, Salmon Yukke: salmon mixed with special sauce and sprinkled with sesame seeds, with an onsen egg (soft-boiled egg) and Japanese chili threads on top, and Salmon Spicy Yum: salmon salad packed full of Thai herbs like fresh chili, lemongrass, and garlic, with a nice kick of sourness from lime juice. What’s more, Asari Miso Soup and Garlic Fried Rice are also available to enjoy as an à la carte or with a buffet.
