The restaurant offers a German-style macaroni dish, Käsespatzle, seasoned with butter, onions and cheese, Half Roast Chicken, an organic half chicken seasoned with salt, pepper, and butter, and sprinkled with oregano flakes, Oktober Mixed Sausage, comprising a homemade Vienna sausage, Bratwurst sausage, and Käsekrainer (a cheese sausage), paired with three kinds of sauces, Pork Knuckle, crispy pork served with seafood sauce, mustard, and homemade sauerkraut, allowing you to add flavors as you wish, and the traditional Apple Strudel, a crispy folded pastry with apple filling which is a dessert recipe that originated in Germany, served with vanilla ice cream and vanilla sauce that goes perfectly with the tart taste of apples. Retro Bar & Café, a retro restaurant that lets you flash back to the era of music, joins the Oktoberfest celebration with Käsespatzle, Mixed Sausage Platter, and Pork Knuckle, served with French fries and sauerkraut. The celebration also takes place at Flann O’Brien’s Irish Pub, where everyone can enjoy Mixed German Sausage Platter served with French fries, Veal Sausage with mashed potatoes, onions and sautéed white cabbage, stuffed with mushrooms and topped with brown sauce, Deep Fried Pork Knuckle served with French fries and sauerkraut, and BBQ Kurobuta Pork Spare Rib served alongside grilled vegetables and topped with a full-favored barbecue sauce.
