| Terms and Conditions :
• For the 1st edition of a new event held at IMPACT, organizer will receive complimentary rental fee for one set-up day (from 8 A.M till midnight) • For the 2nd consecutive edition of new event, organizer will receive 75% discount off rental fees for one set-up day• For the 3rd consecutive edition of new event, organizer will receive 50% discount off the rental fee for one set-up day • This special offer applies to new and first-time shows at IMPACT only • Minimum requirement of 3,000 square meters for 3 consecutive show days • All space is subjected to availability • For every 30 room nights booking confirmation, customers will receive one complimentary room night including breakfast (maximum of 5 complimentary room nights to be provided) • The Exhibition must be held before 31st Dec 2018 |
