Nourish your body and soul during Vegetarian Festival at Hong Kong Fisherman

Vegetarian Festival is one of the first and foremost religious events of the year. The festival aims to encourage people to keep up a high moral standard of good deeds in their actions, words, and thoughts, as well as to go meatless for their meals. During this year’s festival in October, Hong Kong Fisherman offers 11 vegetarian menu items created by two professional Hong Kong chefs, allowing everyone to celebrate this peaceful festival with delectable vegetarian dishes specially made from selective ingredients and seasoning imported from Hong Kong. The vegetarian menu features appetizers like Deep Fried Mixed Vegetables Spring Rolls, crispy rolls filled with vegetables, glass noodles, Shiitake mushroom, carrot and peas, Deep Fried Mashed Taro with Mixed Vegetables, Corn Soup with Black Mushroom and Enoki Mushroom, main dishes such as Bamboo Pith with Hong Kong Kale in Vegetarian Sauce, Stir-Fry Veggie Chicken with Five Nuts in Honey Sauce, Fried Bean Curd Skin and Black Mushroom in Vegetarian Sauce, Deep Fried Bean Curd with Three Flavor Sauce, Deep Fried Veggie Seaweed Fish in “Sichuan Sauce”, Vegetable Tempura, mixed deep fried tempura, Fried Rice with Veggie Chicken, and Stir-Fry Long Life Noodles with Veggie BBQ Pork. What’s more, there are 9 choices of vegetarian dim-sum made fresh daily. Come experience the flavorful taste of vegetarian options in Hong Kong style cuisine at Hong Kong Fisherman and 9 selection of vegetarian dim-sum at Hong Kong Café during October 7-18, 2018.
