The opening ceremony of Social Welfare and Thailand Volunteer Day in 2014

Her Royal Highness Princess Soamsawali graciously presided over “Social Welfare and Thailand Volunteer Day in 2014” and the 23rd National Conference of Social Welfare .The event was held by Office of National Commission on Social Welfare. In this Occasion, HRH Princess was being welcomed and presented hand garland by Miss Jintana Phongpakdee, Corporate Communications Director of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co.,Ltd .The event was held in the occasion of celebrating the birthday of Her Royal Highness Princess Srinagarindra.
