The opening ceremony of "To Be Number One 2016"
Her Royal Highness Princess Ubolratana Rajakanya Sirivadhana Barnavadi graciously presided over the opening ceremony of “To Be Number One 2016” at IMPACT Forum, Muang Thong Thani on July 14, 2016. On this occasion, Her Royal Highness was welcomed and presented a hand garland by Miss Jintana Phongpakdee, Corporate Communications Director of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. Organized by the Department of Mental Health, Ministry of Public Health, “To Be Number One 2016” was held during July 14-15, 2016 to showcase projects and activities of To Be Number One members in provinces across Thailand.
