The Opening Ceremony of Blue Flag Fair

Miss Wiboonluk Ruamruk, Director-General of the Department of Internal Trade, Ministry of Commerce, recently presided over the opening ceremony of the Blue Flag Fair: celebrate Her Majesty Queen Sirikit’s birthday anniversary, 12 August. Her Majesty turns 84 this year. Organized by the Ministry of Commerce, The fair is aimed at easing the impact of the rising cost of living by offering quality consumer necessities at affordable prices as well as increasing happiness among Thai people during the festive season, in accordance with government policy. It features a wide range of consumer products and agriculture goods as well as processed food products which will be sold at 20-50 per cent below market prices. The event is being held on August 4-7, 2016 at IMPACT Challenger 2, Muang Thong Thani.
