The opening ceremony of OTOP City 2016
General Anupong Paochinda (center), Minister of Interior, along with Mr. Apichart Todilokvej (7th from right), Director General of the Department of Community Development, presided over the opening ceremony of “OTOP City 2016”. The event aims to raise the value of OTOP products to the international level in accordance to the wishes of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit as well as to provide an opportunity for the Thai people to buy creative local products as gifts for themselves or their loved ones during the festive season and to stimulate the economy. The event features more than 10,000 quality OTOP products from all over the country in 2,500 booths, plus a special zone displaying 30 unique and rarely seen products. “OTOP City 2016” is held on December 18 – 26, 2016 at Challenger 1-3, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani.
