"The opening ceremony of To Be Number One 2017"

Her Royal Highness Princess Ubolratana Rajakanya Sirivadhana Barnavadi presided over the opening ceremony of the 15^Th Anniversary “To Be Number One 2017,” organized by Department of Mental Health, Ministry of Public Health and held during July 13-15, 2017. This event showcased 333 booths from schools which are part of To Be Number One Project and encouraged people to stay drug-free. In this occasion, HRH Princess Ubolratana Rajakanya Sirivadhana Barnavadi was welcomed and presented hand garland by Miss Jintana Phongpakdee, Corporate Communications Director, of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. on July 15, 2017 at IMPACT Forum, Muang Thong Thani.
