IMPACT welcomed “Sai” a girl with visually impaired and her dog “Luther” as the first venue to allow guide dogs and their owners, thus prioritizing the need to accommodate and facilitate everyone

IMPACT Company Limited Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. Led by Ms. Kunwadee Jintavorn (Middle), Executive Director, Ms. Jintana Phongpakdee (2nd from left), Corporate Communications Director, Ms. Pantharee Sahkoonthong (3rd from left), Operations Director welcomed Ms. Kirin “Sai” Techawongtham (4th from left) and her trusted sidekick "Luther", a guide dog who visited to thank the IMPACT management team for allowing the visually impaired to bring guide dogs as well as accessing places and services that are open to the general public. IMPACT is considered the first exhibition and convention center in Thailand that allows well-trained guide dogs and their owners inside the exhibition center. This is a realization of the policy of giving priority to disabled people. So, they can access the most convenient meetings and events held at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani.

At present, IMPACT has continued to create facilities for disabled people by investing in building facilities based on disability standards with a focus on a vital consideration of accessibility which include designated handicapped parking close to the entrance that is available in all exhibition halls, as well as spacious handicapped bathrooms in all buildings with handrails and sinks at convenient levels for the disabled. There are also automatic entry-exit doors throughout the center, with 29 signs that clearly direct visitors to the elevators and bathrooms for disabled people as well as to the ramps and corridors for wheelchair users. IMPACT has a policy to fully construct facilities for such groups because IMPACT believe that everyone should be treated equally without regard to physical ability.
