IMPACT Fitness recommends top 5 classes that burn the most calories

IMPACT Fitness, under the management of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., proudly presents the top 5 classes led by expert trainers with intensive calorie-burning techniques that are best for health-conscious people. The first one is Weight Lifting class, a combination of weight lifting and exciting rhythm of music that can burn up to 500-600 calories per hour. Next up is Pilates Mat class; this exercise mainly focuses on strengthening and increasing the flexibility of muscles. The Mountain Bike class can strengthen heart muscle and burn up to 500-600 calories.
