Open Ceremony of NPD - No Place for Drug

Prime Minister Yinglak Shinawatra presided the opening ceremony of the “Power Community NPD Fight Narcotic (No Place For Drug)” at IMPACT Exhibition Hall 7-8, Muang Thong Thani. This event is organized by Provincial Police Region 1 as part of activity to enhance the relation and networking between local communities and police officers in order to suppress drug trafficking and protect and heal the juvenile. The event features the exhibition of NPD operations teams from 9 provinces in central region, Thai folk art performed by NPD children and shows from R Siam artists. There were more than 10,000 people from local communities attended this event.
