50 million USD or 1,750 million baht business expected to be generated at Beyond Beauty ASEAN-Bangkok 2016

Bangkok, Thailand, 22 September 2016 –The Federation of Thai Industries, together with IMPACT Exhibition Management and Informa Exhibitions jointly presents the third edition of Beyond Beauty ASEAN-Bangkok (BBAB)– the largest and most comprehensive beauty trade show in ASEAN consisting of more than 400 companies, showcasing in excess of 1,500 brands from around the world including China, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Philippines, Poland, Spain, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, USA, Vietnam, from 22 – 24 September at IMPACT Exhibition & Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani. 15,000 visitors are expected this year and, with over 50 million USD or 1,750 million baht trade generated.

The world’s biggest book sale to be held in Thailand for the first time ever at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani

(August 2016) IMPACT is delighted to be the chosen venue for ‘Big Bad Wolf Book Sale Bangkok 2016’, the world’s biggest book sale that will offer more than 2 million books at 60-80% off the retail price, with a combined value of over 200 million baht. Moreover, the event will run non-stop for 60 hours straight during weekends. Despite being held for the first time in Thailand, the event is expected to receive excellent feedback with an attendance of more than 200,000 visitors. IMPACT restaurants expand into department store and community mall to broaden customer base

(July 2016) Following the resounding success of its 20 self-operated restaurants based on the overwhelmingly positive feedback from customers and rapid rise in popularity, IMPACT is looking atexpandinginto department stores and community malls. This month the company already opened two new branches of Taisho-Tei Ramen at The Mall Ngamwongwan department store and BEEHIVE Lifestyle Mall, Muang Thong Thani, with a special discount of 20% being offered during the grand opening period. It expects the new branches to help increase customer base and boost its revenue by 13%.

Ibis Bangkok IMPACT Hotel confirmed to open in early 2017

(June 2016) To accommodate its clients’ growing demand for hotel accommodation near the exhibition center, IMPACT is developing a 3-star 587-room Ibis Bangkok IMPACT Hotel with an investment of over 1 billion baht. The new hotel is located within the IMPACT Muang Thong Thani complex, which is already equipped with Novotel Bangkok IMPACT Hotel that has an average occupancy rate of 60-70%, and it will be managed by AccorHotels Group. IMPACT has confirmed that the new Ibis hotel will be completed and ready for service in March 2017.
