Nonthaburi Governor inspects “IMPACT Muang Thong Thani” before resuming its services in the mid of June

After the Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) has agreed to implement the third phase of lockdown relaxation, the exhibition and convention centers are allowed to resume their businesses and services with the space use limited to no more than 20,000 square meters and stay open until 9 p.m. Recently, Mr. Suchin Chaichumsak, Nonthaburi Governor, Dr. Panas Sophonpong from Nonthaburi Provincial Health Office, local administrator, and Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) paid a visit to IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani, to inspect its operations in preparation for the reopening in accordance with the guidelines of COVID-19 preventive measures.

IMPACT reassures the public by continually taking precautionary steps to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Recently, it has opted to use the mobile Germ Saber UVC Sterilizer, developed by the NSTDA in collaboration with Chulalongkorn University, to sanitize its venue covering the area of over 140,000 sq.m. in preparation for the reopening under the concept of “New Normal: Smartness on top of Safety.”

IMPACT introduces COVID-19 assistance package for causal staff in the form of packed meals, aiming to ease the burden on staff and their families

Miss Jintana Phongpakdee, Director of Corporate Communications, IMPACT Exhibition Management Company Limited, has revealed that IMPACT is concerned about the welfare and living conditions of casual staff as the COVID-19 outbreak continues. Therefore, the company has introduced an assistance package for the causal staff in the form of packed meals. Casual staff will be provided with two meals a day (lunch and dinner), two boxes for each meal, starting today until the situation gets better. This effort aims to assist the causal staff and their families who may be going through a difficult time as IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani is now temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Khun Anant Kanjanapas, Chairman and CEO of Bangkok Land Public Company Limited, passed away at the age of 80 due to natural causes

It is with our deepest sorrow that Bangkok Land Public Company Limited announce the passing of our Chairman and CEO, Khun Anant Kanjanapas at the age of 80 due to natural causes at Bangkok Nursing Home Hospital on Monday 13 April 2020. The family will arrange the funeral and the schedule will be announced later after the COVID 19 crisis is over.
