IMPACT Expands into Property Management of Muang Thong Thani with International Group SODEXO

Following Bangkok Lands’ recent buy back of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co Ltd, the company is already looking at ways to develop the satellite city further for both residents and other businesses in the area.

To support Muang Thong Thani City and building on a successful relationship that has developed steadily over the past 5 years, IMPACT has invited French Group Sodexo to become its strategic partner in delivering Property Management services to the properties under the B Land portfolio.

 Managing Director of IMPACTMr Paul Kanjanapashas confirmed that as a first step the Company will start by  managing two (2) of   Bangkok Lands projects  -  the  commercial shop houses at  Avenue 99 as well as Bangkok Lands - low rise luxury residential Double Lake condominium project. Additional commercial and retail l properties to be completed  by Bangkok Land during 2013/2014 such as the neighborhood mall Bee Hive will also be  added to  the agreement.

“ We know that buyers ,be they residential or commercial, want three areas covered professionally, complete management and maintenance of each property, security and cleanliness  both within and outside each property including landscaping .  By ensuring high standards of  services and controls   both residents in the area and visitors can see and gain value in real terms. Of course this will mean that Muang Thong Thani will have an even greater appeal in the future”.

To add Mr  Paul stated  “It is  in everyone’s interest to ensure that the area develops  even more from an aesthetic perspective,  the additional development  of  infrastructure, additional roads to cope with the increased  traffic to the area, state of the art street lighting, landscaping and much more. 

“We have seen, over the past two years, new developers  and real estate properties coming to the area with permanent residents now exceeding 200,000.  Major businesses in the satellite city include Kasikorn Bank, Ministry of Defense, True Corporation, to name just a few.“ he said.

Mr Paul said. “IMPACT being by far the largest business operator at Muang Thong Thani, and with our wide range of expertise in the management fields we are well positioned to support with additional services  to complement all businesses  and activities.

“We also have the advantage that from a financial perspective we can work on economies of scale  for the benefit of all  parties as well as will   setting  the complete  mood and tone for the  area in the future” Mr Paul added.

Muang Thong Thani was developed as a satellite city by Bangkok Land over 20 years ago and today is seeing a resurgence of interest in the area. IMPACT alone attracts over 16 million visitor annually to its venue, giving it the highest number of people visiting in Thailand other than Suvarnabhumi International airport.
