IMPACT Exhibition Management Co.,Ltd has decided to entitle Mr. Peter Lai the Director of Chinese Kitchens. His duty is most likely to give advice and provide his culinary knowledge to the team members; he oversees every aspect of kitchen operation. Natively born in Hong Kong with over 30 years of Cantonese style of cooking, he had most of the time been trusted and appointed to be in charge of entire kitchen operation. He has proved and mastered his cooking skills throughout several countries including Kuwait, Korea, Cambodia and Australia as well as numerous famous hotels in Thailand. Chef Peter also recognizes as a Chinese Master Chef in Iron Chef of Thailand from 2012- 2013. He operates four of its Hong Kong chain restaurants; those are Hong Kong Fisherman, Hong Kong Café, Hong Kong Suki and Hong Kong Fisherman Café also does full catering service. Communal tables are at your convenience to accommodate the number of guests. His career accomplishment will ensure the ability to supply Chinese Mandarin cooking techniques to please every guest satisfaction and meet the highest quality.

 

 IMPACT Exhibition Management Co.,Ltd operates 10 restaurants inside and outside the exhibition center which are Hong Kong Fisherman, Terrazza Restaurant and Bar, Bistro De Champagne, Manorah Thai restaurant, Hong Kong Café, Noodle Nation and Flann O’brien’s Irish Pub at IMPACT and three more restaurants outside the exhibition center including Hong Kong Suki which located at Sukhothai Avenue 99, Flann O’brien’s Irish Pub at Asiatique The Riverfront and Hong Kong Fisherman Café at K Village, Sukhumvit 26.
