IMPACT looks beyond Muangthong Thani and opens two unique Japanese restaurants in the heart of Bangkok

Bringing a new concept to Thailand, IMPACT has announced its foray into Japanese restaurants by signing an agreement with Tsubohachi Co Ltd, owner and operator of Tsubohachi and Ito-Kacho from Hokkaido and Tokyo respectively in Japan. The new restaurants are located at Nihonmura Mall, 2nd floor at Soi Thonglor 13. 
Mr. Paul Kanjanapas, Managing Director of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., said "We have been looking for a Japanese restaurant partner for some time and after much research are delighted with the arrangement we have come to with Tsubohachi Co Ltd. We are most impressed with their detail to quality, consistency of service and the way of doing business.” 
“Our investment in the two initial restaurants has been 20 million Baht and we expect to open additional 20 restaurants within 5 years," Mr. Paul concluded. 
Mr. Minoru Shionoiri, President of Tsubohachi Co Ltd, at the opening of the restaurant in Bangkok today said "We are very happy to have established a business agreement with IMPACT Exhibition Management. Our first foray into the international market outside Japan was in Singapore in 2008.  We are very excited about the prospects for our restaurants in Bangkok.” 
Tsubohachi is a restaurant & bar style, and attracts working executives or friends to join together for both food and drinks for relaxation after a long day at the office. The restaurant in Bangkok has a 94 seats capacity with 6 separate rooms and serves a variety of quality Japanese food from Sashimi to Ramen as well as Simahokke Yaki and Kamameshi. Most ingredients are imported from Japan to deliver the finest quality food for the traditional Japanese dishes. The average price per head is 800 baht. The second restaurant, Ito–Kacho, was founded in Tokyo in 2009 and offers the best top grade BBQ beef available. This restaurant is the most unique yakiniku place as it serves only 100% Japanese Black Wagyu beef, air flown in especially from Kyushu. Using aged chilled beef delivered direct from the suppliers,freshness, juiciness and quality are guaranteed.
BBQ a la carte is the style of the restaurant and is complemented by an extensive wine list. There is also an extensive range of seafood menu. The average price per head is 1,200 baht. Ito-Kacho is open daily from 5pm to midnight. To make a reservation, please call 02-185-3338
