Introducing 3 best chicken menus from Super Chef IMPACT winning award at Terrazza

Terrazza and Bistro De Champagne restaurant invites everyone to enjoy three special dishes created by the winning chef team of the IMPACT Super Chef culinary competition. The three dishes are made from organic chicken. The first dish is Chicken in The Cashew Forest, deep-fried chicken wing stick and drumstick with cashew nuts served with the restaurant’s full-flavored signature sauce. The next dish, Superb Yum, is packed full of flavors with chicken liver and fried chicken leg mixed with coconut shoots, cashew nuts, salted egg yolk, dried shrimp, roasted coconuts and fried shallots. Pamper your taste buds with Chicken with Heaven Pearl, a perfect combination of stewed chicken breast in brown sauce and glutinous rice balls stuffed with taro, Chinese herbs and dried shiitake mushrooms.
