Featuring hot pot, Mala dishes, and fusion

IMPACT Lakefront introduces new menu lineup featuring hot pot, Mala dishes, and fusion recipes, available from 1 July until 30 September 2022 

“IMPACT Lakefront”, the iconic lakeside hangout spot in the heart of Muang Thong Thani operated by IMPACT, offers a wide array of international dishes from the four restaurants including “Isan Jim Joom”, “Uwajima” Japanese restaurant, “Jackie Seafood” Hong Kong style seafood restaurant, and “Breeze Cafe & Bar”. Moreover, no matter which restaurants you sit in, you can order from other restaurants at IMPACT Lakefront and the billing will be combined together. 

To welcome the return of travel, IMPACT Lakefront launches a new menu lineup for those who love hot pot and Mala dishes, as well as savory and sweet fusion options, with prices ranging from 259 - 799 baht. The new menu lineup is available from 1 July - 30 September 2022.

To begin with, “Isan Jim Joom” introduces “Yen Ta Fo” Talay Hot Pot (799 baht), comprising fresh seafood and homemade meatballs like shrimp balls, squid balls, giant river prawns, US scallops, and fish noodles. Next menu item is “Tom Super” (199 baht), spicy chicken feet soup seasoned with real lime juice and Thai chili. Lastly, “Miang Pork Belly with Roti & Mala Sauce” (399 baht) is a set of pork belly marinated with Mala sauce, grilled on a hot pan and accompanied with organic vegetables and roti.

Next, “Uwajima” offers “Crispy Tempura Squid Mala Sauce” (179 baht), crispy tempura squid topped with Mala sauce, and “Beef Shabu Shabu Duo Sauce” (599 baht), sliced beef served with Japanese-style katsuo soup, special sauce and ponzu.

Meanwhile, “Jackie Seafood” Hong Kong-style seafood restaurant has created a healthy, fusion dish like “Crab Meat Avocado Salad” (289 baht). Another recommended dish is “Shrimp Donut Patti” (389 baht), a big shrimp donut made from kneaded shrimp meat and crispy fried it. Hot pot lovers should try “Sea Bass Hot Pot” (799 baht), fresh sea bass seasoned with spicy flavor and herbs. 

Lastly, “Breeze Cafe & Bar” introduces both savory and sweet fusion options such as “Organic Red Spinach & Ricotta Cheese Ravioli” (269 baht), fresh ravioli stuffed with organic red spinach, cheese and special cream sauce, “Crispy Salmon Sticks” (249 baht), an appetizer comprising salmon spring rolls and two types of fried sweet potato, and “Chocolate Fondue” (259 baht), served with kiwi, strawberry, banana, marshmallow, nuts, bite-sized toasted bread, whipped cream and nuts.
