First of all, I like to take this opportunity to wish all my readers a happy, healthy, and prosperous new year. 2016 will be a big year for us, especially in terms of infrastructure expansions, products, and services. We are taking practical steps in harnessing the expansion efforts to enhance the customer’s experience and ramp up satisfaction.
We are planning on building a two-million theme park by the shore of the lake. Business travelers attending a conference with children on board will be worried free, as they can drop kids off at the water park and let them play with the other parent. Just a quick heads up, we’ve consulted with Sanderson Group, an Australian design and construction company about the joint venture, and if the final agreement has been reached, we should be able to open the door to the public by late 2017 or a little after 2018.
Moving on to the next is the Marina with ample amenities: a movie theater, restaurants, shops and, stores, to name a few. Also, Eastin Lakeside Hotel will see a total facelift and convert into a luxury, five-star hotel at a cost of 450 million THB approximately scheduled to open after the 380-room ibis hotel, which is under construction now. More debuts are on the way. A five-storey retail building near IMPACT Arena will be up, providing more stores and restaurants as well as IMPACT Sports Complex consisting of 12 badminton courts and a swimming pool, which is underway.
In 2015, we just added totally 7 more meeting rooms to our venue: Venus and Amber meeting rooms, supplying 2,000 more sq. meters of meeting space to our customers. This year we embark on “Venus IMPACT Lounge” to provide our customers a place to stay and feel relaxed with a nice massage and foods while waiting for the show. Pre-order meal at 350 THB can be arranged through Thai Ticket Major’s website during your ticket purchase. It is convenient for customers to grab a quick meal before the show starts.
