IMPACT’s restaurant chains grows in number of locations

Visitor numbers have grown exponentially in recent years, so in order to serve our customers better we need to catch up with the increasing demand of convention spaces, wedding ceremonies, onsite and offsite catering services, and dining facilities. We’ve recently conducted a ribbon cutting ceremony of our three brand new bistros, namely Isan Arena, Tsubohachi Express, and Breeze Café & Bar all serving palatable foods. The three new dining establishments are vital for the venue’s hospitality industry as to increase in business potential. We currently host 800 events and welcome 10 million visitors each year.

“We intentionally want to satisfy a large number of guests frequenting and bringing business to our venue by widening our food and beverage services for exhibitors, event organizers, and attendees alike. Usually during a lunch break, customers are in a hurry taking care of their personal business, having lunch, and returning to the meeting room to convene; all is happening in less than an hour. It makes a perfect sense to dine in a place adjacent to the meeting destination so that there is no need for them to rush back to the room. On top of that, quality of foods along with flavors needs to be well maintained. Our chefs purchase ingredients and products from reliable sources that meet our ISO standards,” said Mr. Paul Kanjanapas, managing director of the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center.

IMPACT houses an abundance of restaurants ranging from Thai and Eastern to Western and Fusion to support customer’s need, including Bistro de Champagne, Flann O’Brien’s Irish Pub, and Terrazza serving Western food, Hong Kong Suki, Hong Kong Café, Hong Kong Fisherman, Tsubohachi and Taisho-Tei Ramen, Breeze Café and Bar aside from 2 onsite food courts: Food Arena and Sky Kitchen for a quick meal.
Beehive Lifestyle Mall, our sister entertainment complex boasting ample restaurants namely Tsubohachi, MK Suki and many more, is merely 5 minutes ride via the free shuttle service.

Within this year, more dining facilities are slated to open for business in our properties to support further tourism growth, local, regional, and worldwide travelers, and all walks of life. IMPACT aims to expand services beyond what’s already there to stay true to its strong commitments of being the preferred, integrated destination for all MICE-related events.
