IMPACT Exhibition Center steps up hygiene measures against coronavirus and stay vigilant

In light of the spread of COVID-19 virus, the safety and well-being of our staff and customers attending events at our IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center is of upmost importance to us. As such, in compliance with strict international security and safety standards, we have put in place all appropriate precautionary measures in our venue, according to our MICE Security Management System TIS 22300 standards, and the provided guidelines from Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health and the World Health Organization.

Our precautionary and preventive measures at our venue to mitigate the risk of spread include:

  1. Provision of alcohol-based hand sanitizer at all main entrances to our buildings, meeting rooms, restrooms and public areas.
  2. Compulsory body temperature screenings and monitoring with thermal scanners and thermal guns
  3. Enhance hygiene, disinfection and cleaning measures in our buildings, public facilities and common areas.
  4. Raising awareness of prevention through distribution of flyers at our main entrances
  5. Offering of face masks at all screening points for people who need it
  6. Collaborating with healthcare professionals from Bamrasnaradura Infection Diseases Institute for medical advices and support
  7. Establishment of emergency medical respond on stand-by and special isolation rooms
  8. Provision of ample waste containers for discarded masks to ensure proper disposal
  9. Constant update of related information through all our communication channels
  10. Internal precautionary measures are in place to ensure a safe working environment for all our staff
