R2i (Routine to Innovation) project, initiated by the Human Resources Department in 2018 to stimulate employee’s innovations and motivate them to create extraordinary things, has been selected as the winner of this prestigious award, marking the first time Thailand has won the UFI HR Award. **Director of the Corporate Human Resources Department Thamita Chongswatvorakul** says, “IMPACT pivots to a global HR strategy to reinvigorate goals for the future as well as optimize the efficiency, effectiveness, and performance of the HR department.
