“Tsubohachi”, a leading Japanese restaurant from Hokkaido, Japan, rolls out “Salmon Crazy” promotion featuring delicious and affordable dishes made with Norwegian salmon by a skilled Japanese chef, with prices ranging from 39 - 99 baht. The promotion runs from 15 February to 30 April 2023 at all branches of Tsubohachi (except The Portal).

The salmon dishes include “Salmon Gunkan” (39 baht), “Salmon Flake Onigiri” (49 baht), Japanese rice ball stuffed with salmon, “Salmon Masu” (59 baht), Japanese rice topped with minced salmon and salmon roe, “Crispy Salmon Gunkan” (69 baht) , four pieces of sushi presented on a wooden staircase display rack, “Salmon Fin Yaki” (79 baht), “Salmon Skin Don” (89 baht), rice bowl with minced salmon, salmon roe, and crispy salmon skin, and “Snow Salmon Roll” (99 baht), eight pieces of sushi rolls stuffed with omelet and crab stick with salmon and special sauce served in a wooden staircase display rack.
