“Thonglor Thai Cuisine” introduces four auspicious tiffin sets priced at 1,590 - 1,990 baht, available for delivery from today onwards

“Thonglor Thai Cuisine” introduced four “auspicious tiffin sets” meticulously prepared by young generation chefs. The tiffin sets, beautifully decorated with fresh seasonal flowers, contain signature savory dishes and desserts using local produce and quality ingredients. There are two choices available: A tiffin carrier adorned with fresh flowers is 1,590 baht, while a tiffin carrier adorned with fresh flowers accompanied by a hand garland is 1,990 baht. (Prices are subject to 7% VAT.) The tiffin sets are available for delivery from today onwards

The “auspicious tiffin sets” consist of savory dishes and desserts in a 4-tier tiffin carrier which is suitable for offering to monks according to its four characteristics including “cleanliness”, “exquisiteness” meaning well-cooked, “properness” meaning foods allowed for monks, and “timeliness”. There are four sets available as follows.

Set 1 “Happiness” consists of fish balls in green curry with coconut milk, kaffir lime leaves and sweet basil leaves, tamarind chili paste with crispy fish, fresh vegetables, steamed jasmine rice with butterfly pea flowers, assorted fruits, flower-shaped prawn dumplings, and banana in syrup.

Set 2 “Auspiciousness” includes eggs and pork in sweet palm sugar brown gravy, shrimp paste chili dip with grilled mackerel, fresh vegetables, steamed jasmine rice, assorted fruits, steamed layer cake, and fruit-shaped mung bean sweets.

Set 3 “Fortune” comprises spicy and sour yellow curry with sea bass, lotus stems and pineapple, stir-fried pork belly with shrimp paste, fresh vegetables, steamed brown rice and riceberry rice, assorted fruits, and sweet sticky rice with various toppings.

Set 4 “Luck” (vegan) features massaman curry with tofu and potato, spicy mushroom salad, fresh vegetables, assorted fruits, pandan sago dumpling with grated coconut, and steamed coconut custard with sweet coconut filling.

The auspicious tiffin sets are available for delivery in Bangkok and its vicinity (delivered by Grab or Lalamove and charged based on actual distance), with pre-ordering required (2-3 days in advance). “Thonglor Thai Cuisine” is located at the lobby area on the 2nd floor of IMPACT Challenger Hall 3, Muang Thong Thani and open on exhibition days from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. (last orders at 8.30 p.m.).
