“Taisho-Tei” a quality restaurant that serves Japanese ramen noodles in flavorful broth inspired by the regional ramen varieties of Japan with a Thai twist and a wide array of Japanese dishes created by skilled Japanese chefs, introduced a lineup of 12 special menu items with prices ranging from 199 - 399 baht, available from today onwards.

Special menu items include “Ishiyaki Foie Gras & Unagi” (399 baht), premium foie gras and grilled eel served in a hot stone bowl, “Ishiyaki Unagi Ju” (399 baht), Japanese rice topped with grilled eel, Japanese rolled omelet and Japanese seaweed, “Salmon Ikura Don” (299 baht), grilled Norwegian salmon topped with salmon roe and Japanese rolled omelet, and “Salmon Spicy Roll” (249 baht). For ramen lovers, there are “Foie Gras & Aigamo Smoke Ramen” (329 baht), tonkotsu ramen topped with foie gras and smoked duck, “Aigamo Smoke Soba” (229 baht), “Aigamo Smoke Ramen” (219 baht), “Gyu Bara Ramen” (239 baht), “Death Spicy Curry Ramen” (249 baht), and “Tom Yum Kaisen Ramen” (229 baht), “Spicy Aburi Salmon Ramen” (299 baht). Last but not least, “Ebi Tempura (Soba/Udon)” (199 baht), one of the restaurant’s best-selling dishes, is also not to be missed.
