“Thonglor Thai Cuisine” is a leading Thai restaurant that offers traditional and contemporary Thai dishes created by a new generation of chefs. The restaurant recently moved from Thonglor to the lobby area on the 2nd floor of IMPACT Challenger Hall 3, providing those attending events at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani with easier access to quality Thai food.

With the summer season in full swing, “Thonglor Thai Cuisine” brings back the refreshing Thai delicacy “Khao Chae” (rice soaked in cool water) to help everyone beat the summer heat. This traditional Thai summer treat is meticulously crafted by the head chef Titirat Pachjaraen with premium ingredients and attention to every single detail. The high-quality jasmine rice gets through the cleaning and soaking process for many times and is then infused by cold jasmine water and left overnight with a scented candle to give it the fragrance. Thonglor Thai Cuisine brings back the goodness of rice soaked in cool water, aka “Khao Chae,” for guests to savor and combat the summer heat, accompanied by nine condiments such as salted egg with butterfly pea flowers, shredded and salty pork, crispy shrimp paste balls, sautéed shrimp and red onions, sautéed sweet and sour fish, deep fried egg wrapped Chinese sausage and marinated minced pork, sautéed radish with plum sugar, a side of fresh vegetables, and stuffed bell peppers with minced shrimp and pork accompany the rice soaked in cool water.

Available only for delivery and takeaway orders, this once-a-year treat comes in beautiful packaging, with four options to choose from: 590 baht for a single set, 990 baht for a single set with a hand garland, 1,990 baht for a large set in a wooden box, and 2,590 baht for a large set in a wooden box with a hand garland. Pre-orders (full payment required) are accepted from today until 30 June 2023 and pickup dates are from April 3 onwards. (please place your order at least three days in advance)
