“IMPACT Lakefront” introduces new summer menu and fish dishes for the health-conscious, availa-ble from 1 May - 31 July 2023

The four quality international restaurants at the iconic “IMPACT Lakefront” in Muang Thong Thani spear-headed by Chef Wannapha Chaisit including “Breeze Café & Bar”, “Isan Jim Joom”, “Uwajima” Japanese restaurant, and “Jackie Seafood” introduce special international seafood and fish menus for summer. The new menu items also feature organic vegetables from “IMPACT Farm” to meet the needs of health-conscious customers, and will be available from 1 May - 31 July 2023 with prices ranging from 199 - 899++ baht.

First, “Breeze Café & Bar” introduces “Grilled Sea Bass” (399++ baht) served with refreshing orange sauce and organic vegetable salad, “Surf & Turf” (899++ baht), Chateaubriand (beef tenderloin) and pan-seared US scallops with bell pepper sauce, and “Pulled Pork Bun Sandwich” (299++ baht) served with side salad and French fries.

Next, “Isan Jim Joom” offers “Grilled River Prawns Yum Roasted Coconut” (799++ baht), perfectly grilled river prawns served with roasted coconut and dried shrimps in sweet fish sauce, “Santol Spicy Salad” (199++ baht) using quality santol prepared in a similar way with papaya salad, and “Tom Klong Pla Nua Onn” (799++ baht), sour and spicy smoked dry fish soup.

Meanwhile, “Uwajima” Japanese restaurant invites all to try “Summer Bento” (659++ baht), a bento box consisting of unagi don (grilled Japanese eel over rice), salmon sushi, tako wasabi (octopus and wasabi) and salad served with Japanese steamed egg custard and miso soup, and “Charcoal Grilled Ayu Fish” (299++ baht), an alternative for the health-conscious using Ayu fish imported from Japan.

Lastly, “Jackie Seafood” prepares must-try dishes like “Grilled Giant River Prawn Nam Pla Waan” (799++ baht), grilled giant river prawn served with sweet fish sauce and crispy deep-fried katuri flowers which help prevent cold and ulcer, “Hor Mok Talay” (799++ baht), steamed mixed seafood with curry paste in whole young coconut, and “Grilled Salted Sea Bass” (799++ baht) served with fresh vegeta-bles, rice vermicelli and chili sauce.
