Hong Kong Fisherman introduces “Live Black Grouper with Chinese Sweet and Sour Squirrel Fish”, a legendary dish of Jiangsu cuisine, available from today until 31 August 2023

Hong Kong Fisherman proudly presents “Live Black Grouper with Chinese Sweet and Sour Squirrel Fish”, a new delectable dish meticulously prepared by the Hong Kong-born chef “Chow Tai Shing” who has hand-picked fresh black grouper from the Andaman sea to create this special dish. This deep-fried sweet and sour fish is inspired by a legendary recipe from the city of Suzhou in Jiangsu Province, China. The dish is 1,800 baht and available from today until 31 August 2023. (Prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% VAT.)
