Three IMPACT restaurants celebrate Vegetarian Festival with Hong Kong-style and international-style vegetarian dishes, available on 14 - 23 October 2023

  

To celebrate the annual Vegetarian Festival, three IMPACT restaurants including “Hong Kong Fisherman” the authentic Hong Kong-style Chinese restaurant at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, “HEI YIN” the authentic Cantonese restaurant at Gaysorn Village, and “IMPACT Lakefront”, an iconic landmark at Muang Thong Thani lakeside which is home to four quality international restaurants, invite everyone to abstain from eating meat and enjoy Hong Kong-style and international-style vegetarian dishes made with premium ingredients by talented chefs, with prices ranging from 60 - 2,800 baht from 14 - 23 October 2023. (Remark: Prices are subject to the 10% service charge and 7% VAT.)

 

 

To start with, “Hong Kong Fisherman” invites everyone to indulge in an array of Hong Kong-style vegetarian dishes including ten a-la-carte menu items, one dessert and nine varieties of dim sum, with prices starting from 90 - 2,800 baht. Recommended menu items include “Hot and Sour Soup with Vegetable Wontons”, vegetable wontons in flavorful broth with vegetarian Sichuan sauce, “Morel Mushrooms Soup with Chinese Mushroom, Wolfberry and Baby Bok Choy” containing vitamins from morel mushroom while wolfberry helps enhance memory, “Pan-Fried Pipa Tofu and Morel Mushroom with Oyster Sauce” which is full of nutrients from tofu and morel mushroom, “Stir-Fried Veggie Chicken with Five Nuts”, “Pan-fried Turnip Cake”, “Deep-Fried Dumpling with Veggie Chicken”, “Deep-Fried Mashed Taro with Vegetables”, “Veggie Chicken Spring Rolls”, “Mixed Vegetables in Rice Flour Roll”, “Veggie Prawn Dumpling”, and “Steamed Mixed Vegetables Dumplings”.

“Hong Kong Fisherman” is located at the lobby of Hall 12, IMPACT Muang Thong Thani. The restaurant is open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. (last orders at 9.30 p.m.). Next, “HEI YIN”, a Cantonese restaurant with elegant decoration and private dining rooms, introduces Cantonese-style vegetarian creations including eight a-la-carte menu items, one dessert and eight choices of dim sum with prices ranging from 60 - 450 baht. The vegetarian options include “Crispy Morel Mushrooms with Spice Salt”, “Hot and Sour Soup with Bamboo Pith and Morel Mushrooms”, “Vegetarian Peking Duck” (crispy bean curd skin with seaweed), “Sautéed Chinese Yam, Cucumber, Black Fungus, Lotus Root, Water Chestnuts and Walnut in Deep-Fried Mashed Taro”, “Sautéed Shitake Mushrooms with Black Pepper Sauce”, “Stir-Fried Green Beans with Vegetarian Shrimp”, “Stir-Fried Bean Curd with Preserved Mustard Green and Plant-Based Minced Pork”, “Fried Rice Vegetarian Shrimp and Truffle Sauce”, and “Hot Sticky Rice and Taro with Ginkgo in Sweet Syrup” for dessert. For dim sum menu, there are “Steamed Rice Noodle Rolls with Chinese Five Spices Tofu”, “Teochew-Style Steamed Vegetarian Har Gow”, “Steamed Vegetarian Abalone Siew Mai”, “Crispy Bean Curd Skin Wrapped with Mixed Mushrooms”, “Deep-Fried Mashed Taro with Vegetable”, “Steamed Vegetable Buns”, “Deep-Fried Vegetable Wontons with Vegan Salad Cream Sauce”, and “Deep-Fried Vegetable Wontons with Sweet & Sour Sauce”.

Lastly, “IMPACT Lakefront”, a home to four international restaurants at Muang Thong Thani lakeside including “Breeze Café & Bar”, “Isan Jim Joom”, “Uwajima” and “Jackie Seafood” proudly presents vegetarian dishes made from plant-based ingredients, vegetables from “IMPACT Farm” and quality tofu, with prices ranging from 99 - 189 baht. There are six meat-free options including “Vegetarian Deep-Fried Plant-Based Wontons”, “Vegetarian Glass Noodles “Phad Thai” with Plant-Based Crispy Fish” containing special Phad Thai sauce and quality plant-based fish, “Vegetarian Spaghetti with Veggies, Plant-Based Crab Cake and Olive Oil”, a best-selling fusion dish, “Stir-Fried Mixed Vegetables and Soy Sauce served with Steamed Rice”, “Glass Noodles, Soft Tofu and Vegetables in Clear Soup served with Steamed Rice”, and “Pineapple Fried Rice with Fried Soft Bean Curd in Gravy Sauce”.
