IMPACT chefs won 7 medals in Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge 2015 at THAIFEX 2015
IMPACT chefs led by Chef Ng Wai Meng (Chef Roy), Executive Chef of Kitchen Department of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd. have won a total of seven medals in Thailand Ultimate Chef Challenge 2015 competition which was held during the mega food exhibition THAIFEX 2015 at IMPACT Challenger 1-3 and IMPACT Forum, Muang Thong Thani.Their achievements included four gold medals from the Ice Carving Challenge and Western Plated Dessert in team and individual, two silver medals from Individual Ice Carving Challenge and Classic Thai Plated Dessert and a bronze medal from Individual Ice Carving Challenge. Members of IMPACT chef team also received the diploma in other competitions including Main Course Dish Challenge, Mekong Culinary Challenge and Free Style Showpieces. This success highlights IMPACT chefs’ well-trained skills and strengthens IMPACT’s position as the leading venue certified to ISO 22000 Food Safety Management Standard in preparation for the AEC.
