Mr. Somchai Hanhiran (center), Director-General of the Department of Industrial Promotion presided over the opening ceremony of ‘Thailand International TRUCK SHOW 2015’, a new form of truck logistics exhibition being held for the first time in Thailand under the concept ‘Buyers Meet Sellers, Truck Day!’, where the transportation business related visitors and exhibitors can purchase and sell trucks during the event. It features a comprehensive range of trucks and other truck related products as well as the latest truck innovations from over 70 leading companies across the worldspecializing in transportation and logistics.The show can be considered a new alternative of truck exhibition and marked the beginning of ASEAN new truck logistic era. It can benefit exhibitors in expanding the customer base into transportation industries and also product markets.Visitors will also have a chance to enjoy a demonstration drive by the Dakar Rally 2015 champion. In addition, there is AEC Logistics Summit 2015 organized by the Land Transport Federation of Thailand and MOU signing between 10 ASEAN countries on establishing theASEAN Land Transport Federation.Thailand International TRUCK SHOW 2015 is being held from September 17 – 19, 2015 at Hall 7-8, IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani.
