Tsubohachi organizes Salmon Samurai Competition

Tsubohachi, an authentic Izakaya-style Japanese restaurant under management of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., recently organized “Salmon Samurai Competition” at Sukhumvit 33 branch. The purpose of this internal competition is mainly to encourage and promote culinary expertise and knife skills of Tsubohachi’s chef team of each branch as well as to ensure that they keep up with the restaurant standards. The highlight was a 6 kilogram-salmon cutting which chefs had to cut the whole salmon step by step for sushi and sashimi to serve to customers. The competition reflects Tsubohachi’s commitment to staff development and maintaining the highest standards of the restaurant that boasts over 40 years of guaranteed quality and delicious perfection.
