คุณพอลล์ กาญจนพาสน์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท อิมแพ็ค เอ็กซิบิชั่น แมเนจเม้นท์ จำกัด (ลำดับที่ 2 จากซ้าย) และคุณแมทเธียส คูเปอร์ กรรมการผู้จัดการและประธานภาคพื้นเอเชียแปซิฟิกโคโลญเมสเซ่ (ลำดับที่ 2 จากขวา) ร่วมลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (Memorandum of Understanding : MOU) ณ ห้องจูปิเตอร์ 10 อาคารชาเลนเจอร์ อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี เพื่อสร้างพันธมิตรเชิงกลยุทธ์ ภายใต้โครงการ **"365 CONNECT"**  โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อต่อยอดโอกาสทางธุรกิจให้ผู้ประกอบการในอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร สามารถเข้าถึงกลุ่มผู้ซื้อและเครือข่ายธุรกิจได้ตลอด 365 วัน ผ่านการจัดกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ อาทิ การเจรจาจับคู่ทางธุรกิจ การจัดแสดงนวัตกรรมและสินค้า การสร้างประสบการณ์การรับประทานอาหารสุดพิเศษโดยเชฟชั้นนำ บนพื้นที่ของอิมแพ็ค คูลิโนวา (IMPACT Culinova) ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ตรงริมทะเลสาบ เมืองทองธานี

สำหรับความร่วมมือครั้งนี้ อิมแพ็ค คูลิโนวา จะขับเคลื่อนพื้นที่สู่การเป็น **Food Innovation District** และทำหน้าที่เป็น "**ศูนย์กลางความร่วมมือด้านนวัตกรรมอาหาร"** อย่างเต็มรูปแบบ โดยไม่ได้เป็นเพียงผู้สนับสนุนพื้นที่จัดงาน แต่เป็นพันธมิตรที่นำเสนอระบบนิเวศทางธุรกิจแบบครบวงจร ตั้งแต่พื้นที่ทดลองนวัตกรรม ครัวระดับมืออาชีพ ไปจนถึงทีมงานผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เพื่อรังสรรค์และต่อยอดวัตถุดิบของผู้ประกอบการ ให้เกิดเป็นผลงานที่เป็นรูปธรรม ผ่านกิจกรรมการชิมอาหาร เชฟส์เทเบิล ที่ออกแบบมาโดยเฉพาะ โดยมีเป้าหมายสูงสุดคือการบูรณาการเครือข่ายอุตสาหกรรมอาหาร เพื่อสร้างแรงบันดาลใจและโอกาสใหม่ๆ ทางธุรกิจร่วมกัน

ขณะที่โคโลญเมสเซ่ ในฐานะผู้นำด้านการจัดงานแสดงสินค้าอาหารระดับโลก จะทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้เชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายธุรกิจระดับโลก และตัวแทนหลักในการเชื่อมต่อโครงการนี้เข้ากับฐานกลุ่มผู้ประกอบการศักยภาพสูง ให้เข้ามาใช้ประโยชน์จากระบบนิเวศของ อิมแพ็ค คูลิโนวา เพื่อตอกย้ำภาพลักษณ์การเป็นเวทีการค้าที่ไร้รอยต่อตลอด 365 วัน ซึ่งถือเป็นการยกระดับเวทีการค้าอุตสาหกรรมอาหารของไทยให้แข็งแกร่งและตอบโจทย์ตลาดโลกอย่างแท้จริง
