อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี พา โครงการประกวดนวัตกรรม (Routine to Innovation : R2i) ที่กระตุ้นให้พนักงานเมืองทองคิดนอกกรอบ อวดศักยภาพบนเวทีประชุมระดับโลก UFI Global Congress พร้อมคว้ารางวัล HR Management จาก UFI Awards 2024 ในฐานะองค์กรแรกในประเทศไทยที่ได้รับรางวัลสาขานี้

**นางสาวทมิตา จงสวัสดิ์วรกุล ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลองค์กร บริษัท อิมแพ็ค เอ็กซิบิชั่น แมเนจเม้นท์ จำกัด ผู้บริหารศูนย์การแสดงสินค้าและการประชุม อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี** กล่าวว่า อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี ในฐานะศูนย์การแสดงสินค้าและการประชุมอันดับ1 ของประเทศไทย ได้เข้าร่วมงาน UFI Global Congress ครั้งที่ 91 ถือเป็นเวทีสำคัญที่ได้รวบรวมผู้บริหารและผู้มีบทบาทสำคัญในอุตสาหกรรมการจัดงานแสดงสินค้าและการประชุมระดับโลก ที่จัดขึ้นโดยสมาคมอุตสาหกรรมการจัดนิทรรศการระดับโลก (UFI – The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry) ที่มุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมและพัฒนาธุรกิจการจัดนิทรรศการและงานแสดงสินค้าทั่วโลก เมื่อวันที่ 20 -22 พฤศจิกายน 2567 ณ ศูนย์แสดงสินค้าและนิทรรศการระดับนานาชาติ Koelnmesse เมืองโคโลญ ประเทศเยอรมนี โดยงานนี้มีผู้เข้าร่วมงานจากอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ทั่วโลกกว่า 500 ราย

หนึ่งในไฮไลต์สำคัญของงาน UFI Global Congress ครั้งที่ 91 คือ การประกาศรางวัล UFI Awards ซึ่งเป็นรางวัลอันทรงเกียรติที่ยกย่องผลงานขององค์กรสมาชิกที่มีความโดดเด่นในสาขาต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ HR Management, Digital Innovation, Industry Partners, Marketing, Operations & Services และ Sustainable Development โดยผลงานที่ได้รับรางวัลเป็นผลงานที่สะท้อนถึงความสำเร็จในระดับสากล และสร้างแรงบันดาลใจให้กับอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ ซึ่ง อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี ได้สร้างประวัติศาสตร์ให้กับประเทศไทย ด้วยการเข้ารับ**รางวัล UFI Award สาขา HR Management** ซึ่งถือเป็นองค์กรแรกในประเทศไทยที่ได้รับรางวัลในสาขานี้ จากโครงการประกวดนวัตกรรมองค์กร (Routine to Innovation : R2i) ภายใต้หัวข้อ “How exhibition companies are fostering a culture of learning and innovation to drive business transformation”

พร้อมกันนี้ยังได้รับเกียรติให้ร่วมนำเสนอผลงานให้แก่สมาชิกและผู้เข้าร่วมงานได้รับฟังแนวคิดและความสำเร็จของ โครงการประกวดนวัตกรรมองค์กรR2i ในช่วง Spotlight Session: "Focusing on Excellence with our UFI Award Winners" ในหมวด HR Management ซึ่งมีผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมรับฟังการนำเสนอผลงานจำนวนมาก

สำหรับโครงการประกวดนวัตกรรมองค์กร (R2i) เป็นโครงการสำคัญที่ อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี จัดขึ้นทุกปี โดยเริ่มตั้งแต่ปี2561 มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อปลูกฝังแนวคิดด้านนวัตกรรม ส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรเกิดการคิดนอกกรอบ คิดแก้ปัญหาจากแนวทางใหม่ ๆ และเปิดโอกาสให้บุคลากรในองค์กรได้แสดงศักยภาพ พร้อมสร้างโอกาสการเติบโตในสายงานไปพร้อม ๆ กัน

“ในฐานะตัวแทนทีมทรัพยากรบุคคลองค์กร รู้สึกดีใจและเป็นเกียรติอย่างมากที่ได้รับเลือกให้เข้ารับรางวัล HR Management ครั้งนี้ ซึ่งถือเป็นอีกหนึ่งความสำเร็จและการแสดงถึงความทุ่มเทของพนักงานอิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานีทุกคนที่ได้ร่วมแรงร่วมใจกันสร้างนวัตกรรมดีๆในการแก้ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นจากการทำงาน ควบคู่ไปกับการสร้างวัฒนธรรมแห่งการเรียนรู้และนวัตกรรมให้เกิดขึ้นจริงในองค์กร ด้วยการสร้างโอกาสให้พนักงานในองค์กรได้นำเสนอแนวคิด การแก้ปัญหาและการพัฒนาองค์กรผ่านกระบวนการปลูกฝัง นำเสนอ และแข่งขัน ซึ่งถือเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนองค์กรให้ก้าวทันยุคสมัยและเป็นองค์กรนวัตกรรมตามเป้าหมายและวิสัยทัศน์ของ อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี อย่างแท้จริง”
