คุณทมิตา จงสวัสดิ์วรกุล ผู้อำนวยการฝ่ายทรัพยากรบุคคลองค์กร บริษัท อิมแพ็ค เอ็กซิบิชั่น แมเนจเม้นท์ จำกัด เป็นตัวแทนศูนย์แสดงสินค้าและการประชุม อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี (ลำดับที่ 2 จากขวา) เข้ารับรางวัลชนะเลิศ "UFI HR Awards 2025" จากโครงการระบบบริหารพนักงานรายวัน IMPACT keepME ซึ่งเป็นโครงการที่เชื่อมโยงการทำงานร่วมกันระหว่างทีมงาน สถาบันการศึกษา และชุมชนท้องถิ่น ส่งเสริมแนวปฏิบัติด้านทรัพยากรบุคคลที่เป็นธรรม โปร่งใสและยั่งยืน ซึ่งความสำเร็จครั้งนี้นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญที่ทำให้ อิมแพ็ค เมืองทองธานี สร้างประวัติศาสตร์หน้าใหม่ ในฐานะองค์กรแรกของประเทศไทยและองค์กรแรกของโลก ที่สามารถคว้ารางวัลชนะเลิศ UFI HR Awards ได้ต่อเนื่องถึง 2 ปีซ้อน โดยในปี 2567 ได้รับรางวัล UFI Awards 2024 สาขา HR Management จากโครงการประกวดนวัตกรรมองค์กร (Routine to Innovation : R2i) มาแล้ว
