Traditional Japanese autumn menu now available at Tsubohachi
As autumn has arrived in Japan, Tsubohachi, an all-time favorite Izakaya style Japanese restaurant, rolls out a lineup of 15 traditional Japanese autumn dishes. The special menu features Sweet Potato Tempura, a crispy snack, Hotate Cream Croquette, deep-fried mellow mashed potato with Hotate served with mayonnaise for a perfect taste, Sanma Tatsuta-age, deep-fried Sanma, literally autumn sword fish, or Pacific saury that comes on our plates only in Autumn, Ajitama Bacon, the original deliciousness of Japanese soft boiled egg accompanied with tasty bacon, Chiki Chiki Bone, perfectly crispy chicken wings to share on the table, the traditional Shiodare Kyuri, chopped cucumber with salty sauce, Tako Wasabi, raw octopus with wasabi which is a traditional Japanese appetizer, and 3 Kinds Tsukune Mori made from chicken served in three types of seasoning. Rice dishes are also available such as Ajitama Tempura Chashu-Don, a bowl of rice topped with Chashu pork and deep-fried marinated soft boiled egg, Gyu Tama-Don, beef and egg bowl, Beef Roll, and Tako Wasabi Gunkan, octopus and wasabi sushi. Moreover, slurp your way through Tonkotsu Yakisoba and Gyoza Shio Koji Nabe, Japanese dumpling hot pot, and finish your meal with the original dessert Sweet Potato Daifuku.
