Hong Kong Fisherman brings in the world’s most expensive food “black truffle mushroom” to create five fantastic truffle menus in Cantonese style by our Hong Kong chefs. Indulge your taste buds in the subtle flavor of truffle with the solid taste of Hong Kong seasoning. Truffles are the most expensive food in the world, more expensive than gold by weight. They are a fancy, delicious delicacy as they grow wild underground, usually found close to the roots of certain trees. There are two main types of truffles: black and white. Most black truffles are found in France, Italy, and Spain, respectively. Black truffles are known as black diamond as they are very rare and expensive.
