The 9th Annual Congress for Teacher Professional Development
Dr.Chaiyos Imsuwan (Middle) Deputy Permanent Secretary for Education to presided over the opening ceremony of The 9th Annual Congress for Teacher Professional Development or EDUCA 2016 under theme SCHOOL AS LEARNING COMMUNITY presenting the concept that the schools in the 21st century should be a “Learning Community” where human right of learning of every child is realized and the importance of teacher professional development and progressive social democracy is emphasized. EDUCA expects more than 50,000 teachers and teacher educators across Thailand and neighboring countries to participate in all activities. The event is held on October 12-14, 2016 at IMPACT Forum, Muang Thong Thani.
