IMPACT organizes "The Barista Champion Season 2" to find the best barista for its restaurants

IMPACT organized "The Barista Champion Season 2", an internal competition aiming to enhance skills and professional expertise of baristas at its restaurants and cafes. The event was led by Mr. Jessada Kreesuradach (2^nd from right), Manager of IMPACT Group Restaurant, along with Mr. Suph MukNgeon (center), Barista Trainer, and a panel of judges from Bangkok Beer & Beverages Co., Ltd. (BB&B). The purpose of the competition was to encourage the baristas to gain further knowledge and realize the importance of professional coffee brewing techniques and standards to ensure that every cup of coffee is filled with the best quality and flavor before serving to customers. The competition featured 12 barista contestants from seven restaurants of IMPACT Group. The contestants showcased their skills and competed against each other in the making of three coffee drinks, including a latte, followed by an espresso and their secret recipe using coffee beans from Vittoria Coffee and BB&B products. Finally, the top three winners were determined by the total score, along with three others consolation prizes. This event was held on November 6, 2019 at the Teresa Restaurant at IMPACT, Muang Thong Thani.
