Professor Pirom Kamolratanakul (Middle) M.D. President of Chulalongkorn University presided over the opening ceremony of The 6^th Annual Congress for Teacher Professional Development held by The Office of Basic Education Commission, The Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University and Thai Association of Science and Technology Education under the theme of “Strong Performers and Successful Reformers” as an innovative platform for teachers professional development.
