IMPACT Muang Thong Thani has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Nakhon Pak Kret Municipality, Nonthaburi Province, to jointly study, analyze, and establish a framework for smart city development and management, with the aim of elevating the quality of life for Muang Thong Thani residents.

Mr. Paul Kanjanapas, Chief Executive Officer of IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., stated that the signing of this Smart City Development Cooperation MOU with Nakhon Pak Kret Municipality reflects a meaningful collaboration between the public and private sectors -serving as a key mechanism in building a model for a living city that grows sustainably over the long term.

Under the MOU, IMPACT will contribute its knowledge and experience in managing large-scale urban areas, while Nakhon Pak Kret Municipality will provide policy-level insights and coordinate with relevant government agencies. Together, both parties will conduct joint studies and analyses, exchange data on urban management, and co-develop concepts and pilot projects suited to the local context. The collaboration also encompasses the integration of data, technology, and innovation to enhance quality of life and improve the efficiency of city management - marking a significant milestone in advancing the "Living Smart City" concept into tangible reality.

Mr. Paul further emphasized that over the past 30 to 40 years, IMPACT has continuously developed Muang Thong Thani with the ongoing cooperation and support of Nakhon Pak Kret Municipality. The signing of this MOU represents another significant step forward in pursuing a shared goal - improving the quality of life for residents. The collaboration is focused on the tangible and gradual development of Muang Thong Thani, ensuring that residents benefit from greater economic opportunities, a more stable standard of living, and enhanced safety for both their lives and property.
