IMPACT Exhibition Management Co., Ltd., the operator of IMPACT Muang Thong Thani, one of Asia’s leading venues for exhibitions and events, has announced a new corporate vision aimed at positioning itself as a world-class destination for meetings, business, and entertainment, while driving long-term growth across its group businesses.
Mr. Paul Kanjanapas, Chief Executive Officer of IMPACT Exhibition Management, stated that the company is entering a new era-one that moves beyond its traditional role as a venue provider to become a hub of inspiration, ideas, and human connection. IMPACT now serves as a platform where people, industries, and innovation converge through exhibitions, international conferences, incentive events, and world-class concerts.

A Strategic Roadmap for Sustainable Growth
Currently, IMPACT’s revenue structure is driven by four main business pillars:
- Venue rental services
- Professional event management (PEO)
- Hospitality and hotels
- Food and beverage operations
To ensure future growth, the company has embarked on several strategic expansions:
- Hospitality Expansion: Plans to add two new hotels with a total of 1,000 rooms by 2028, and further expand to 3,000 and eventually 5,000 rooms to support large-scale exhibitions and international conventions.
- F&B Growth: Continuous expansion of its restaurant portfolio, including a new branch of The Coffee Academics Thailand at KINGSQUARE Community Mall, and the launch of Xian Yuan, a new upscale Chinese restaurant concept at Dusit Central Park.
- Venue Enhancement: Upgrades to facilities and strategic partnerships, such as the collaboration with Live Nation, to further position IMPACT Arena as a leading venue for world-class entertainment and live experiences.
